TYPES OF ABUSE

Some cultures have had an abuse element that dates back for many centuries and these will continue, probably until the end of time, because it is a part of the culture and no amount of legislation, teaching and guidance is likely to bring about any form of change to this. At the one extreme are the cultures where they treat women as not even as important as livestock. While this is definitely a type of abuse, it is unlikely to ever change.

Cultural abuse is spreading and as more and more culture movement is seen in the world, people from other cultures are bringing with them, these practices of abuse. This abuse is predominantly, though not limited to, woman and children who are often seen as "non-citizens" or "non-people" within certain cultures.
