TYPES OF ABUSE

Where, despite frequent requests, a business or individual continues to make contact with people through the form of unwanted advertising, undesired Emails, undesired text messages on a mobile phone, unwanted phone calls, and so the list could go on.

The sad part about this form of abuse is that in many countries, such as Australia, this form of abuse is actually legal unless the individual takes legal steps to stop it and, even then, communication from certain categories of people/organisations is still allowed to continue.
